A chain of Restaurant endorsed by an International Celebrity looked to reinvent their business to stay ahead of the pack in the Food Chain! The competition in Food Industry intensified by bad economics world-wide. Those who had not been into food businesses earlier, invested in these chain restaurants hoping the make quick income whereas those who had been in place in the market between 1-3 years hoped to sell off the businesses and re-coup whatever possible.

More than Just a Business

There was a lot of doings in terms of strategic positioning. All forms of known activities were conducted such as deploying thousands of surveys, food-tasting, restaurant audits, top to bottom meetings. The restaurants are not just any restaurants but a place for families and friends to gather, meet-up, socialise and basically being in the right place, right mood and best environment.

Analysis and Teamwork

We ensured in getting things implemented quickly. Working with the key people in food businesses, all of us continued on the research and development, pricing, provided ideas on the menu transformation, increase the customer loyalty, branding, monitoring customer feedback, customer relationship management, organising the marketing group, spending effectiveness and organisational efficiency and being involved in multi-partnership.
